Yes: Some women continue to produce small amounts of milk years after breastfeeding. Anytime you are concerned you might be pregnant the easiest thing to do is to check a home pregnancy test.

Yes, but: Lactate, to me equivalent milky white discharge from both nipples. Yes, it can continue well after you are finished with breastfeeding. But, if the disch changes.Only from one nipple, the color changes, it needs to be examined thoroughly by a breast specialist. Usually bilateral nipple disch after breast feeding will stop eventually. But, if it stops and just restarts in one nipple; poss. Problem.
