In 2017, i lost weight by running for an hour? each day and i would purposely and heavily jostle my face and body. like actually purposely jostle the skin/meat/etc. on my cheeks and body (for a reason). would this cause saggy cheeks, skin and fatpads?

Losing weight may cause a degree of saggy skin that might be worsened by mechanical light pressure. Would only keep the running, adjust exercise otherwise for areas in need of reshaping, would take away the bumping/ jostling.
