Me and my partner had sex both got tested 3 weeks for herpes his came back positive for herpes 2 and negative for hsv1 mines came back both negative for blood test. do i have any thing to worry about?

As noted in previous reply, the chance of HSV2 transmission from a single episode of sex is no higher than one in a thousand. Also, your partner should make sure his positive test result is valid. Herpes blood tests OFTEN are unreliable: whether or not he really has it depends on the numerical value of his test result. He should see an expert to confirm whether or not he has HSV2. Good luck.
