Interesting, however a little more will be needed, is it the same place, type of food, company? There might be specific ingredients in the food as it can be anxiety triggered by being in public places. Go out and have only a non alcoholic drink and/or eat something you bring from home, such as a sandwich. That should help in better understanding your digestive issues when eating out.
