Check for gluten: Gluten and dairy sensitivities tend to run together. Don't assume that you are but watch what you eat and see. Get tested if you can't figure it out. Gluten is in wheat, barley, oats. Many corn and potato products are fine. Try a week without bread and wheat and see if you feel better..If better try reintroducing slowly one item at a time

Are you: Nervous or upset about something? The lining of your stomach could be irritated. If you have lost weight you should see your doc. If not try an obey the counter med like Prevacid (lansoprazole) an hour in the morning before eating you might need 2) and stay away from spicy foods and alcohol. Eat more blandly and give your stomach rest and see if that helps. If not seek help.
