I had a negative hiv duo p24 ag/ab test at 5 months past unprotected risky heterosexual exposure and a rapid chembio surecheck hiv 1/2 non reactive at 170 days past exposure. can i rule out hiv from this exposure?

You did not get HIV from the encounter, however, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
