Inflammation of the glans penis (balanitis) is common in uncirumcised men. It could be either fungal or bacterial. Start by retracting the foreskin and washing with soap and water 3 times a day. If that doesn't clear it up within a few days, see a doctor. Good luck.

We are presuming here that the color change is due to an infection- which is a speculation not a diagnosis. The glans has to be seen and examined for proper diagnosis. pl see your doc or a urologist
