No sperm released into vagina will not cause pregnancy. Testing of any type will always be negative. Your anxiety should lead to safe sex in future. By practicing safe sex you will no longer experience anxiety.

Dry humping does not cause pregnancy. Sperms have to enter inside the vagina to do so. You have already been neg twice. No point worrying. Enjoy life and keep yourself busy
