Assuming the accuracy of your description and diagnosis, these cysts can persist indefinitely and are not a cancer risk. They can get infected in which case it will get extremely painful and will need to be drained. If it bothers you sufficiently, consult a gynecologist about treatment options. They can recur after simple incision and drainage, but gland removal is not simple and rarely indicated.
