I'm 57 yrs old , i had a uti at the beginning of dec. 2022, no sepsis ,why do i still feel confused and forget things to this day, please tell me why this is happening.. im so scared .?

UTI is a vague term. Your symptoms at present are not related to the 'UTI' you had unless it was of the upper tract involving sepsis and mental changes- which I doubt. Nothing to be scared of Pl see your doc and have this investigated. Good luck
