I received oral in an msm situation and tested negative for chladmydia twice. would this also rule out lymphogranuloma venereum?

Chlamydia, incluidng LGV types, is rarely transmitted by oral sex. You didn't need testing, but the negative results are reliable. (I hope you were also tested for gonorrhea. That's the main STD risk from receiving oral sex among MSM.)

If you waited 2 weeks after exposure to test, the negative test should have been accurate but false negatives do occur in which case no testing for LGV is performed. As long as you have no symptoms and 2 tests were negative for chlamydia, I think you're OK.
