Rimming counts as sex for sure! You likely have new anal herpes due to HSV1, which could explain the sore. It also might cause bloody stool, but this will require further evaluation. See a doctor ASAP: accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of newly acquired HSV need to be prompt, so do not delay until after the holiday weekend; go to urgent care if necessary. Good luck.
