Not a concern. First of all, the trace amounts of arsenic found in rice is minimal. Second, Puffed rice (which is what is used in Rice cakes) is mostly air and decreases the amount of rice eaten. Third, assuming that your child eats a healthy, well balanced diet, complete with fruits and vegetables, the majority of this trace amount is excreted in the fiber filled stool.
