May be: It takes 2-4 days to clear meth. I trust that you know that meth is not good for you. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Practice safe sex.

I am taking 60 mg phenobarbital daily after my skull tumor operation in 1995. What precautions should I take for my daily routine?

Ask yourself why: Was it a skull tumor or brain tumor? Why was the drug started in the 1st place? For seizure prevention? Have you ever had a seizure? Do you still need it? If you still need a seizure med, why phenobarbital? That's a bad drug for adults: bad for your bones, not great for your liver either. Go see a neurologist and ask him/her to reassess everything.

Paruresis.: Paruresis is the avoidance of, or the inability to use the toilet in the presence of others. It is listed in the dsm-iv, the classification manual used by psychiatrists, as a social phobia. This can be a serious condition & an issue in cases of employer-based urine drug screening. For those who experience significant anxiety, treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy & support groups exist.
