It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It could be an insect in your ear. Put oil in the affected ear, if that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

One can hear different sounds in the ear that may come from Acute or Chronic processes - Loud Music/Sounds, Water in the Ears from Swimming/Shampooing, Upper respiratory Infections, even Wax in the ears ... Best to see the ENT Specialist
