What is it when your ear feels like something is knocking on my eardrum?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It could be an insect in your ear. Put oil in the affected ear, if that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
