Stop taking Vit D: It's very likely that you are taking/eating something with high levels of vit d: cod liver oil, or supplements. Check the ingredients of all supplements.

Lab Error: The commonest reason for a lab result to be that high is lab error in the reporting of the results. Typical vitamin d elvel is 24-100. Lower than 24 is deficency and above 100 would be toxicity. I am not sure a level much above 100 is possible without developing some type of toxicity. I would stop any supplement that I am on, and repeat a level.
