Does taking sertraline affect sperm or male fertility ??

There is small amount of human research which demonstrates abnormal effects of SSRI medications like sertraline on sperm function. This does not mean everyone will be affected negatively or unable to conceive while taking this drug. It should not be discontinued without talking with the prescribing doctor.
