The omeprazole can increase the concentration of the methotrexate. Are you taking the methotrexate chronically or for a certain time interval? In lower doses, the increase in methotrexate concentration is less of an issue. If your doctor says to continue both medicines, then take the omeprazole with supper and take the methotrexate dose 2-4 hours later. Best of luck to you!
