I have a pus in my eyelid and it's swelling, and the pus keeps coming out through my lacrimal punctum (it's from my upper lids) what should i do? and what kind of eye infection is this?

You should see a doctor for some antibiotic eye drops. This can be conjunctivitis-is your eye also red? A doctor needs to examine your eye and prescribe antibiotic eye drops to treat the infection. The localized inflammation and lid margin exudative release absent conjunctivitis suggests that this is a spontaneously draining chalzion. Warm compresses and oral Augmentin &, absent prompt resolution, triage to an Opthamologist; sooner if visual changes occur. The lesion should not be manually manipulated. Topical antibiotic (garamycin) to the lid margin would likely be beneficial.
