Hello, i work in a nursery (daycare) and one of the children has head lice and it has been spread to a coworker and i. can a head lice shampoo alone treat lice, or do we still need to use the specific lice combs? thank you!:?

It's important to also use the comb (either the ones specific for lice or another fine-tooth comb) to get all the nits (eggs) (and dead lice) out. Otherwise you run the risk of having the eggs still being there, hatching, and starting the process over. You should check again in 7-14 days and may need to re-treat if you see more live lice.
