"Bloated" is a nonspecific symptom; the word means different things to different people. Most people mean abdominal discomfort or a sense of fullness or enlargement of the abdomen. Being dehydrated might cause such a feeling, but cannot cause actual abdominal fullness or enlargement. If you drink enough fluids so you aren't thirsty, then you are getting enough fluids for good health.
