If flonase and xhance does not work for turbinate hypertrophy, what other medication can be tried?

Patience may be what you need because given time and controlling what is stimulating the allergic rhinnitis; and the steroid the inflammation should subside. There is no quick medication use that could reduce hypertrophy of the turbinates but decongestant may help reduce congestion of nasal mucosa; but limited use, and caution if there hypertension or vascular disease.
