Many causes: Its always best to seek a professional's advice. There are many reasons for constipation. One thing you could be describing is overflow diarrhea. You have so much stool in there, that it is essentially impacted. The liquid that you take flows around the stool and all you get is liquid output. That being said, an exam or an imaging study can help sort out solutions.
