Do NOT do this! There is no such thing as a "burn" inside the penis. If you have pain on urination and/or ulcers (open sores) in the penis, it is likely to be herpes. Whatever the cause, this definitely needs professional attention. Improper treatment, including oils, could increase inflammation and result in scarring, with blockage of urine flow. See a doctor ASAP, preferably a urologist.
