So i took eight pregnancy tests went to the doctor to confirm they did an abdominal ultrasound but didn't see a gestational sac they said i wasn't pregnant. but after that i missed two periods and still have positive pregnancy tests. am i pregnant?

It would be useful to get a blood test for HCG level and a repeat ultrasound examination. If you have been pregnant for two months, a fetus would be detectable by ultrasound.
