See doctor please!: If you also have a fever, these symptoms could be due to a bad sinus, ear, or throat infection. With the stiff neck, I am worried this may alternatively bedue to irritation fo the brain coverings (meninges) as well. Please see your doctor immediately. If you are found to have a bacterial infeciton, you will need oral or IV antibiotics (depending on the diagnosis and the severity of your condition).
