NOTHING. Relax. Take a deep breath. You are over reacting It is most likely muscle tightness. Something a little stretching will help resolve. You can get instructional therapy from a physical therapist, your PCP, on the internet. Whatever you feel most comfortable. Not uncommon.. if you exercise stretching should be a regular part of your program.
