A member asked:

Will consuming 2500mcg vitamin b12 (104,167% of daily value) every day lead to kidney problems in the future?

I wouldn't think so. B 12 is not stored up in the body and the excess not used in daily metabolism is passed out into the urine. Taking more than you need doesn't give you better health or metabolism, it just adds to the waste your body sheds.

No risk of kidney damage, however, what do you expect to gain from this practice? The only good it will do will be to lighten your wallet. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
