My pityriasis rosea wont go away and i apply nizoral gave by a dermatologist.it left a white patch on my neck how can i make that go away and how long will it keep spreading i have it simce october and its getting worse?

PR ( if the label is correct) usually disappears over a six month cycle, whether you put creams on it or not. The creams may trigger some skin tonal changes. Keep the area clean and leave it alone and it will resolve.
