Your question got truncated, in general this is when a decision for repair is made whenever symptoms become unbearable. Start with same surgeon if previous surgery successful.

Lately, occasionally when I laugh to hard or cough to hard I feel a bubbling in my right groin area. I asked my doctor is this could be the beginnings of a hernia, but she said if its not painful its not. Its not painful. It bulges a tiny bit?
