In this scenario chances getting either of the Hiv are as close to 0 as possible. Very remote chance of Herpes. Best is to avoid such encounters specially oral sex

Your results rule out HIV infection. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
