It is highly unlikely hip fracture occurs at your age without a previous trauma unless you have underlying medical conditions. Sometimes, hip pain can be a referred pain from the knee or lower back. If there is no localized swelling or specific tenderness, you can apply cold or warm pack to the hip or taking pain pill for a day or two. If pain gets worse with limited joint mobility, see a doctor.

Do you remember falling or injuring your hip recently? Did you strain it by lifting something heavy? See a orthopedist for x-ray if this continues.
