Not likely but go to Drugs.com and see if it is listed as one of ever reported side effects. What you want to know is in studies in which clonazepam and placebo were compared to see if these were more common than in the placebo group. Also enter other meds you are taking into their interaction tracker.

Clonazepam is not noted for causing loss of hearing, but could potentially accentuate prior tinnitus to become more noticeable. But auditory toxicity would be rather unique secondary to this medication. Do discuss this with your prescribing doctor.
