Varicose veins. Blocked arteries to that area. Especially if you have been a smoker. Show to Drs. If black might be gangrene. But I dont know about kinda black. Cold and blue?

It is possible to”throw” clots to the feet. If this is happening see a vascular surgeon immediately. This can cause localized gangrene or black and blue areas
