Ophthalmic Migraine: It sounds like a typical ophthalmic migraine. Patients can have spasm of the arteries at supply the eye and get these symptoms with or without headache. If it persists or interferes with your daily activities you should go to your primary care doctor for an exam and treatment.

Ocular Migraine: Most likely, you had an ocular migraine. Ocular migraine are characterized by visual phenomena that last a few minutes and resolve. It may or may not be accompanied by headache or eye pain. You should still have your eyes examined by an eye doctor to be sure.
