In theory, there might be small risk. However, there are no reported cases of HIV transmission in this way. Even when HIV infected moms nurse their babies, on average only 15% of the babies become infected after several months of swallowing a few ounces of breast milk every day. Obviously the tiny amount that might be swallowed in this situation carries almost no risk of infection.

Since HIV is a blood borne virus, transmitted by blood and bodily fluids, than transmission is possible. If a small amount of milk was ingested and the gums were swollen and bleeding, than transmission is possible but highly unlikely. No report of this has been reported yet.
