I recently had a double mastectomy and 2 months later i got in a car accident and hit my chest on the dashboard. no major injuries just bruised chest and muscle spasms and substantial pain. how long you think i should have been out of work.warehouse?

When the pain and spasms subside and you feel you can go back to work without further injury and any treatment you are receiving is over, than go back to work. This could take between 3-6 weeks, more or less. It's your call.
