None: Unfortunately there is no quick cure. Depending on your age, and other factors some doctors may use antiviral medications, but in general it is a condition that runs its course over time.

Not quick cures.: Agree with Dr. Fromowitz. No quick cures. Treatment for Chicken pox can include Acyclovir (antiviral medication). Itching can be soothed with Calamine lotion & colloidal oatmeal baths. To reduce infections from scratching blisters – keep fingernails short.
