After starting my period this morning, i noticed my tampon was a very stained neon color with only some brown/red blood with no itching/discomfort.

Not sure: I am not sure what color neon is or where on the tampon this occurred, however, vitamins and medications can discolor the urine and bodily secretions which may make this finding occur. I would recommend collecting the tampon in a baggie and bring it to the doctor if you have concerns. The doctor can examine the tampon and your vagina for further clues as to why this is occurring.
