How can i treat keratosis pilarisis on the skin of my breasts? i have lots small bumps all around both boobs. i've tried salicylic acid washes, gentle exfoliating scrubs, same as moisturises and nothing seems to be working?

Breasts are not a common location for keratosis pilaris. You should be examined by a dermatologist for the correct diagnosis and you will need prescription for this condition anyway when you could not eradicate them with OTC products.
