I got my period the 2nd week of nov & i took a plan b pill on the 14th, i experienced a weird cramp on the 19th & i bled on the 21-23rd & i have been nauseous since then & today my breasts are sore. my period is expected 12/2. could i be pregnant?

Plan B is about 95% effective when taken within 72 hour of the act. It takes 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.
