How do i feel my own stomach?

Do you mean physically feel it with your hands or what things going on in your stomach can you feel and where? I would google stomach so you know exactly where it is and try to feel for it. By in 60 years of doing medicine and examining bellies I have never felt a stomach with my hands. You can hear noises with a stethoscope. You can feel pain in stomach pain thru vagus nerve and some others.

In most usual circumstances, it is not possible to feel the stomach by pushing on the abdomen. If you are feeling an abnormality in the upper left side of the abdomen, and it persists, you should mention it to your primary care doctor. Good luck.
