If u are monogamous: And sure of the situation, you are having protected sex, u are using the pill. There are few std's for which semen will make a difference, one is hiv, everything else, mostly, u can get with or without ejaculation. You are taking pill faithfully, i wouldn't be too worried if you and your partner are neg for std's.
