Red circles: Bed bugs cause red swollen itchy bites. The bites are about 1/2 inch. They dont move. Hives move around the body. They can be larger. An inch or two. Itchy. Treat hives with benadryl (diphenhydramine). For bed bugs you better call the exterminator and use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and cortisone.

anywhere on your body. They are pink to red, smooth textured- flat topped bumps that can be very small or large or may even coalesce. They can itch intensely as well as stinging.  In regards to rashes - there are far to many different presentations to even begin trying to describe them.
