I cannot hear out of my right ear because of ear wax what do i do?

In the US there are many over the counter preparations that will dissolve ear wax over time. The instructions come with the product. If these are not helpful your doc or an ENT doc should have specialized equipment to remove the wax.

You may wish to try an ear wax removal kit, available at local pharmacies. Adding the ear drops should have softened the wax and it may come out with the kit. If that does not resolve the issue, it would be prudent to see your doctor again and if needed, request a referral to an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
