I have a white streak line at back of throat. tight throat and it does get difficult to swallow faster and tonsils feel swollen. is it a infection? i had strep before having this. i feel a lump swell in throat too and mild difficulty to talk too?

I would not say you had strept before unless you tested positive for it. Most likely virus.
