The feeling of vibrations in the lower stomach is very nonspecific and is not a diagnostic symptom of any particular stomach problem. It would be reasonable to try to increase the amount of fiber in your diet as a first step. If this is a persistent symptom, it would be reasonable to discuss it with your primary care doctor.
