Not likely: Patellar tendonitis is not a recognized diagnosis for hyperbaric treatments. The athletes that say they use it are mostly getting in a small oxygen tent. There is no increased pressure which is required for hyperbaric oxygen treatments.

Hyperbaric: It does not cure most diseases. There are only a limited number of conditions that hyperbaric has shown to help as an adjunctive therapy including diabetic foot ulcer of a certain depth, radiation soft-tissue injury, chronic refractory osteomyelitis, aspergillosis of the sinuses, for examples. It has no place in the healing of patellar tendonitis according to the literature.
