You should be tested for Sjögren’s syndrome. It involves a thorough history, physical exam, and blood tests. You may need a very minor salivary gland biopsy. Doctors who treat Sjögren’s syndromes are rheumatologists. Even if it is not Sjögren’s, you need to be evaluated as these symptoms are affecting your quality of life.
