If this is focal and inferior, would ponder a retinal lesion perhaps due retinal artery but also wonder about glaucoma (Bjerrum scotoma). See an ophthalmologist ASAP. Neurologist might be needed here also

Agreed that you should see an ophthalmologist ASAP - now. It could be anything from a retinal detachment to an ischemic optic neuropathy to a branch retinal artery occlusion (which could be a pre-stroke finding).
